"Mainston House" Bed and Breakfast Single Room £40.00 per room for first night, then £35.00 each subsequent night.
King Size Room £68.00 per room for first night, then
£63.00 each subsequent night.
Super King Room £75.00 per room for first night, then £70 .00 each subsequent night.
  Easter and Bank Holiday weekends may require a minimum of a 2 night booking

"Wren Cottage" Holiday Let  Short Breaks - Subject to availability.

2010 High Season- June to September, £450 per week.
Mid Season- May and October, £400 per week.
Low Season- November to April, £300 per week

Wood for stove, electric are inclusive, bed linen is provided, but not Towels.

Terms and Conditions
Please read this document carefully before making a booking.

Breakfast is served between 8.00 and 9.00am. Anyone who wishes breakfast before 8.00am may do so by arrangement.

Smoking   "Mainston House" and " Wren Cottage" operates a no smoking policy in the building.

Bookings
All offers of accommodation and other services featured on the Mainston House website are subject to availability and there is a limited allocation of rooms. Mainston House right is reserved to decline bookings.

Mainston House, Bed and Breakfast: A deposit of a night’s tariff is required at the time of booking, to act as a booking guarantee. On receipt, please check the booking confirmation carefully and check any queries immediately.
Wren Cottage, Self Catering: A deposit of 50% of  each week,s tariff is required at the time of booking, to act as a booking guarantee. On receipt, check the booking confirmation carefully and check any queries immediately.

Prices
The prices for Mainston House featured, are per room per night. These prices include accommodation in the room type as described all meals as specified. Generally there are no single occupancy supplements. Minimum length of stay restrictions may apply to certain rates, as specified.

Children and Pets  We regret that we cannot accept any children under the age of 16, or any pets.

Payment
Mainston House. Accepts Cash, Cheque supported with a banker’s card, MasterCard, American Express,Visa and Switch Maestro. All accounts must be paid in full before departure.

Cancellation/Non-Arrival Charges
If for any reason you find it necessary to cancel your booking then please contact us on 01665 722922. In the event of cancellation or non arrival you will be charged in accordance with the conditions as detailed below.
Your booking at Mainston House may be cancelled up to 14 days before the day of arrival, thereafter 100% of the first night stay will be charged.Your booking at Wren Cottage may be cancelled up to 21 days before the day of arrival, thereafter 50% of the first weeks stay will be charged.
A 10% fee will be applied to all refunds to cover banking, credit and debit card transactions

Arrival and Departure
Your bedroom will usually be available from 4pm on your specified day of arrival. On your day of departure we would ask that you vacate your room by 10.30 am otherwise you may be subject to a charge for an additional night's stay.

Wren Cottage: Keys for the Cottage may be collected from Mainston House on the day of arrival from 4:00pm onwards. NOTE- The balance of your stay will be payable at this time.

Insurance We strongly advise you to take out insurance to cover the cost of cancellation and other risks including personal accident and personal public liability.

Parking
Residents may use the parking at the front of the house. Mainston House can not accept any responsibilities for loss or damage to any vehicle parked.

If you have a problem
In the unlikely event that you have a problem during your stay you must bring it to the attention of the management at the time, to ensure that we have an opportunity to rectify it.
